Serene Premium ships orders to any address within South Africa. Delivery time may vary. Shipping orders will only be processed at our Vereenging Office.

Delivery time for major city areas: 1 to 5 working days
Delivery time for rural and outlying areas: 4 to 14 working days

We charge a flat rate of R120 for shipping to anywhere in South Africa.
International Addresses:

Shipping fees:
International addresses outside of South Africa: We charge R700 for the first item, thereafter R350 per additional item. Any tax/vat or duty fees etc. is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Serene Premium will not be held accountable for any additional fees incurred.

Refunds and Exchange Policy All products have a 7 day money back guarantee as long as the products remain unopened and unused at all, proof of purchase (invoice) must be supplied and the products must still be in their original packaging.
Products incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued), a full refund will be given.
Serene Premium is not responsible for any damages caused during shipping. All products are packaged securely before leaving our offices.
Serene Premium is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred. There will be no refunds on shipping. The customer is responsible for arranging shipping for any returns.
